#21: Pretend You're Big, with Justin Barrett

On this week's podcast episode, I interviewed Justin Barrett (no relation - that we know of!) from Cornelia, GA and owner of Barrett Automotive.  His story is one that a lot of entrepreneurs can relate to, as he started his business in a barn.  And grew from there.  I love how he now, with 2 locations, takes his new hires back to "the barn" to show them where it all started.  How did he grow to 2 locations?  Part of his story is to "pretend you're big".  Listen to this week's episode to hear the rest!
